I bought Dell laptop having configuration as follow Inspiron N-5010,4Gb Ram,500Gb HDD,1Gb graphics card. I bought lap from dealer so i did not get original window-7 Cd,drivers cd. Questions: 1)could i get online Window-7 O.S Cd and drivers Cd compatible to my model from microsoft. 2)I have load Window-7 (64 bit )O.S home premium from CD which comes with other dell model(Studio)of my friend,so my Inspiron N-5010 model does not supporting its wireless drivers and video drivers. System does not detecting wireless/wifi network. How do i fix above problems?please reply. Thanks, Jayesh

Dell's contract with Microsoft requires them to provide all your support, to include Windows 7. You will have to contact Dell to see if they offer a DVD for your system. Microsoft does not. Microsoft only sells Retail DVDs. The Dell DVD would be an OEM disc.
