After loading new Windows Explorer version, I cannot get internet access at Panera Bread Restaurant where signal strength is good. Before this occurred, there was no problem. I got access immediately. I am not positive its an Internet Explorer problem or Vista problem because my business patner had same problem and claimed she did'nt have newest explorer in her computer. The computer even says its connected to internet but won't display any page. When I click on wireless to connect its runs forever and says its trying to get IP but still says its connected. I have tried diagnosing problem and resetting IP. Nothing works. When I close that supposedly viable wireless connection and then come back to same good signal strenghat Panera Bread location, it still says same thing. A page comes up and says "Cant display page". Any solutions? Thank you.
