After check system by MS, there is no problem but this PC is the first time my Windows is freezing.1 person needs an answerI do too

Please let us know followiing ALL 5 information request:(1) Your computer maker (HP/Dell/etc), Model #, (2) RAM size, Hard drive size, (3) Is it Laptop, Desktop or Netbook?(4) Do you have Firewall/Antivirus? Which?(5) Do you have computer connected to DSL modem, or through family router (e.g. Linksys).
