Wanted to see if you can go to the network properties at all, and then seeing if the Wireless properties open. Or do all network properties crash the system?

Hi, Please click the "Network and Sharing Center" icon in system tray and locate the Wireless network, then click "Connect" directly. Can you connect the wireless network successfully? At this stage, I suggest you access the Wireless Properties via following method: 1. Click Start menu and type "Ncpa.cpl" (without quotation mark), and then press Enter. 2. In Network Connection windows, please right click the Wireless network adapter and click Properties. Can you open it successfully? However, if the error persists, please perform a Clean Boot and access the properties again. If the issue persists, please proceed to the next steps. 1. Please download the ShellExView to the Desktop from the following link: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.zip Please Note: The third-party product discussed here is manufactured by a company that is independent of Microsoft. We make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding this product's performance or reliability. 2. Right-click the shexview.zip file. 3. Extract the ZIP file. 4. Double click shexview.exe. 5. Run the program and scan the computer. 6. Please press "Ctrl" on the keyboard and click all items which are marked in pink in the list. 7. Please choose all items and click "File" then "Save selected Items". (For example: File Name: ShellExView, Save as type: HTML File-Horizontal(*.htm;*.html)) 8. Please choose "File" then "Disable Selected Items". 9. Quit and restart the computer to check the issue again. If the issue remains, please locate the "ShellExView" file and upload the text file to Skydrive (www.skydrive.live.com). Then share the link to me for further research. Thanks, Novak
