Prompted to give up administrator rights
I recently downloaded Avira free antivirus. Now when I turn on computer I get message stating that I have administrator rights and that for security reasons I should change to user rights. I'm a little confused. This is my personal PC. If I give up administrator rights doesn't that affect my ability to add software, etc.1 person needs an answerI do too

If I give up administrator rights doesn't that affect my ability to add software, etc. It's commonly suggested to do your web surfing using a limited user account and have a separate account with administrator privileges for use on those occasions when you need the additional access. The theory is that if you pick up something nasty while surfing, the malware will only potentially have as much access to your system as a limited user would have -- rather than the complete access that an administrator user has.See How the right user account can help your computer safety .
