Will game providers, such as STEAM gaming be included by default within the 'Other game providers' section of the Games Explorer?I think this would be an excellent way to help promote PC Gaming.What about Microsofts own Games For Windows website link within the game folder?Why does it currently only link to MSN casual gaming?The Games For Windows brand / link embedded within he Games Folder would do a lot more for promoting Games For Windows than various other publicity methods done by Microsoft around the world in the past. Also, this wouldn't cost any money. Just embed the logo somewhere and link it to the Games For Windows website.Windows Vista should also be updated with the Games For Windows link as well. It's a shame to miss out on such a simple, cheap,and effective way of promoting PC gaming, especially when the number one challenge facing PC gaming is the lack of public awareness.9 out of 10 potentialhardcore PC gamers don't even know it exists on the PC, so they automatically go for consoles, because they think PCs are only for casual games like MSN Solitaire etc.The weblink would do good for awareness and publicity.GFWL should also be installed in Windows 7 by default.

It's not actually working 100% unfortunately, almost half of the games ive currently got installed dont have icons/.exe files to start them inside the games explorer, even though they are all installed to the same hard-drive which has a 500GB partition on it purely for games. if i go to all programs show up in the Games folder, assuming youve been given a choice where you want the game folder to install toin the start menu(not all games give this option). others are still in seperate folders and theres even a seperate folder called microsoft games... that currently has freelancer and Rise of Legends in it. with XP it was simple to cut and paste extraneous folders and trim down the start menu, however im finding it a bit more awkward to clean up in Windows 7.Does anyone know of a way to get games that arent showing up in Games explorer to do so?
