Program rights for normal user in Windows 7
I have a developer who is a normal user in Windows 7. He should stay normal user, so he can not mess up the system. This user must have elevated rights on some applications and I do not want him to enter admin credentials every day so he can use this specific application. Is there a way to allow him to use this particular development program without entering 'admin' credentials everytime? The Windows 7 machine is on a 2008 AD domain.

Perhaps providing the user permissions on the .exe or run file for application would allow it it launch without a credential check. application file\properties\Security tab
