Hi, I'm trying to open a file with the file extension '.ProcSpec' Ideally I'd like to convert it so that the data will be read by Microsoft Excel but at this point I'd just like to be able to view the data. I am currently using the 32-bit version of Windows 7 and have little to no experience programming. Please let me know if you can help in any way.
