Problems with the font size in Outlook
I have Windows 7 computer which has Outlook 2007. Suddenly, I have started having a problem with the font size. When I try to send a message the text, icluding my signature, is always Calibri 11 which I have difficulty reading. If I increase the font
size on my computer I am told that the recipient sees an even larger font size which does not look good.
How can I get the screen to always have a font size that is reasonable and use either Arial or Times New Roman. Also, the font size should stay the same when the e-mail arrives at the other end?
Any sugggestions?

Hi,
You could zoom the font by Ctrl + Scrolling mouse Wheel scroll. It won't change the font size actually.
For more settings in Outlook 2007, I suggest contacting Office Forum.
