During recent snow storm the power in the house flickered off and on several times and after it was over my wife had some troubles logging back on to her profile. After a reboot she was able to get to her profile with no trouble. My profile is gone, no office documents, my virus protection does not work in my profile only, everything I had tied with my profile is gone. My system restore was turned off so cannot use that. Anyone have any ideas on how to get my profile and all my documents back?1 person got this answerI do too
