It is one of my "funny" ways.Was the last update the one which attempted to resolve the folder compaction problem but only succeeded to the extent that it did improve the situation if the user co-operated. Since the update non-cooperating users now get frustrated and "bang" all the messages in their overfull inbox are gone <G>.BTW I often wonder how you get to all the nice juicy OE questions before the rest of us <sigh>?Regards, Gerry Cornell

Gerry. I don't have a list of all the KB dates, but Google knows and you can check there. I see no need to be precise on the date when telling the OP that an update to OE is not the reason for his problem.I am not going to continue a back and forth discussion in an open thread. These are not like the newsgroups were and IMO, the thread belongs to the OP. I mentioned this once before.
