How do you get into windows 7 home premium edition on my Dell computer it will not take my password so I can move on to using my computer? It acts like it is locked up. Please advice so I can start using my new computer.

Hi Janet, Options: 1. Call Dell Support/from the store you bought from insist on giving you the default access for the Dell System that you just bought. 2. If they can't provide you with one varying from 2-5 tries. - Just ask them since its your Dell given rights to restore the Dell into factory settings - it will wipe out whatever password the reseller put in that box.
