The anti-virus is Norton 360. They are being sent via Email Sender Deluxe as personalised emails to a list of 8 people.

I'd probably try disabling the e-mail scanning function of Norton (which may require uninstalling/reinstalling Norton without that feature) as it can sometimes cause problems.Have you tried contacting Email Sender Deluxe support? -B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com | http://www.onenote-tips.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook

Thanks for the hint. Yes it seems to be a problem with the Norton settings.
