Problems with Password Protected Sharing on Vista Ultimate
Two Vista Ultimate computers are part of to the same workgroup.Each has one user, administrator, with the same passwords on both computers.Location type is set to PRIVATE.The Public Folder Sharing works fine.When I switch Password Protected to ON I can see all folders and subfolders on the other computer but when I try any operation (e.g. moving a file, renaming etc) I get the message You need permission to perform the action. I am never asked for a password.What am I doing wrong?Thanks,Dan
