Problems with Folder Redirection and Sync Center
We are converting from XP to Windows 7. We have built a Windows 7 syspreped image and are wiping out the XP system and placing the new image on top. All of our users have their "My Documents" redirected to a share on the server. Under XP, everything is working fine. When we un-sysprep Windows 7 image, problems begin to arise. Some users' new redirection works perfectly. Others, not so much. The problems we are having are sync scheduling and all commands from the Sync Center do not work. When we go to setup a sync schedule, there are no options to select even though their "My Documents" are pointing to the correct server location. To manually run a sync, we have to go to My Documents directly. Other users have no problems. We have checked every correlation between users we can come up with. We will have two users in the same OU and groups and one will work and one won't. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We have the same problem... have not found a correct fix yet. Especially frustrating for users who are on laptops; when they leave the office. Sometimes their My Documents will be in the correct folder, other times they are missing.
