Problems with Control Panel & New Programs
When trying to access 90% of the programs in Control Panel, I get the Following: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." I also get the same message when I try and access any shortcuts or exe files that have been recently added, including spam protection, clean-up programs, in essence anything that has any relationship with Control Panel. Sometimes there is a "rundll32" header in the error notice. I re-loaded back to 10/1 and the Control Panel functioned correctly, but everthing added since then is non-existant.
