Problems downloading and re-installing Windows 8.1
Windows 8.1 went haywire so I attempted to refresh but system instead reset to 8.0 and now I cannot seem to download and install 8.1

Try going to the windows store and see if you could download it from there. Usually if you are on 8, then 8.1 will be on the first page of the store for you to dl. Hope that helps.

Do you mean that you want to update to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8.1?
