Problems connecting to a VPN
Hello Thanks in advance for your help. I am having problems connecting to a VPN from and away the office. I am able to connect to the server via Remote Destop connection from the office but I cannot away from the office. I am able to ping he server from and away from the office. Richard O

Hi, I would like to verify if you are using Windows VPN client or third party software client? What is the error message you received? If VPN can be established, please check if you can get the IP address correctly from the office. If VPN cannot be connected successfully, I suggest you consult IT stuff from the office.
