Both computers running Win7 and named MSHOME Get a message internet protocol ver 6 disabled. How can I make it enabled?

Both computers running Win7 and named MSHOMEGet a message internet protocol ver 6 disabled. How can I make it enabled? Open the Network and Sharing Center then click on Change adapter settings on the left. Right click on the network adapter and click on Properties. Check the checkbox next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).MS-MVP Windows Desktop Experience, "When all else fails, read the instructions"

everything here has been checked....on both computers as well.... didn't help...
