Problema no teclado de um portatil sony vaio.
Saudações, eu venho por este meio tentar resolver um problema que se me apresentou no meu portatil sony vaio vgn-ar61zu.
A configuaração de fabrica do computador é o windows vista e eu actualizei para o windows 7 e esteve bem durante muito tempo mesmo instalando programas sem dar problemas, só que recentemente sem saber a origem (penso que deve
ser virus) no teclado algumas teclas deixaram de funcionar, as teclas que não funcionam são: 1, shift esquerdo e o \.
Devo referir que antes deste problema tive um problema no teclado em que as teclas numericas ao teclar elas repetiam-se como por exemplo ao teclar 1 apresentava-se como 1q e por ai adiante, o que dificultava o log in de iniciação ao windows.
Peço por isso uma ajuda para resolução deste problema que deve ser parte da configuração do windows 7.
