if i change windows update to download updates but let me choose if to install them that little flag consider it a problem because it's not the recommended setting why is that and is there something i can do about this.thanks in advance.

You can fine-tune your choices in Control Panel.Regarding to the windows update settings, if you would not like being alerted, you can open "Action Center"->"Change Action Center settings"->uncheck the box before Windows update.
