Hi,
Did you mean when you check the Windows Update, these Windows Updates are still offered. It's really odd. Like my previous reply, please double check if these updates appear in Installed Updates list as below:
1. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type
Update, and then, in the list of results, click
Windows Update.
2. In the left pane, click View update history, click
Installed Updates to check if these KB numbers exist.
Meanwhile, let us know these KB number.
From the error code you provide in the last post, it's related BITS Service and old version of Microsoft Office or other folders.
1. Make sure your Internet connection fine
2. Make sure your BITS(Background Intelligent Transfer) Service and
Cryptographic Service running fine.
3. Run these commands:
a. attrib -h -s -r c:\windows\system32\catroot2 (where c:\ is the drive where Windows is installed), and then press
Enter.
b. Next, type attrib -h -s -r c:\windows\system32\catroot2\*.*
(where c:\ is the drive where Windows is installed), and then press Enter.
4. Remove your Office application temporarily and reinstall again.
If it's still not helpful, do it under clean boot for test:
