Problem with stop: 0x00000096 and blue screen occurring when Outlook 2007 is open and the employee needs to reboot
I have repaired Windows, using c:\chkdsk \r and then completely uninstalled Office 2007 and reinstalled. The employee is still getting the blue screen. Short of reformatting the hard drive, is there anything else I can do. I also did a restore point and that didn't help either.1 person got this answerI do too
