I have repaired Windows, using c:\chkdsk \r and then completely uninstalled Office 2007 and reinstalled. The employee is still getting the blue screen. Short of reformatting the hard drive, is there anything else I can do. I also did a restore point and that didn't help either.1 person needs an answerI do too
