Problem with network VISTA 64 bit - files on network computer drive marked with X
I am using vista 64bit ULTIMATE on 3 computers that i have on my network.
On every computer i have one drive shared. If everything is OK computer works like this
1. I click on network
2. I click on the shared computer
3. I click on shared drive
4. I get a dialog to put in username and password ... i do that and everything works perfect.
Now i have a problem doing the same procedure.
1. I go to NETWORK
2. I go to computer name
3. I click on shared drive
4. Computer takes me directly to this drive, but all the files are marked with X and i cant do anything with them. No dialog is appearing to ask me for username and password. Why? Why cant i do nothing with these files
Where is the problem, since evrything else is working and i can browse internet and my other computer on network with no problem.

Hi,
First, I suggest you clear cached credentials to test the problem.
Check Control Panel> User Accounts> [your account]> Manage network passwords.
Please remove all the cached credentials if possible.
If the issue still persists, could you please collect a screenshot for the problem?
Thank you for your cooperation.
