Hi , I seem to have connection to Instant Messaging and IE 8 after my internet connection is established. When i tried to troubleshoot with IM , it indicates that my DNS and port issues. When i tried to repair it, the problem still persist. I contacted my provider who asked to insert DNS server address instead of automatically obtain. However it appears to solve this instant, but still have connection the next time i loggon. It takes a tweaking here and there before connection is established. It took a long while to be able to get resolve this. The problem seem to be my port and DNS. But these are too technical , any advice here ?1 person needs an answerI do too
