If your video driver cannot support the resolution required by the command prompt, it will not allow it. Practically no LCD screens today have this capability, so to run it full-screen you'll need to plug in an old tube monitor. This is because LCD screens have only 1 supported/native resolution. Some video cards will stretch the low resolution to fit, but most manufacturers have dropped this feature because it is seldom utilized. If this was helpful, please vote by clicking the green triangle. Hi,No, full screen DOS is not supported in Windows 7. An easy solution to this is to run DOS in a virtual machine (I'm doing this to run STS Orbit Plus, a full screen DOS shuttle tracking program, on Windows 7). So far, both VirtualPC 2007 SP1 and Sun's VirtualBox run just fine under Windows 7 Ultimate and both will allow you to run a DOS virtual machine and DOS software.

Additionally, as a work around, you can manually set the Windows Size to apply the monitor's width and hight. 1) Open Command Prompt. 2) Right click Command Prompt border and click Properties.3) Click Layout and put in proper numbers in Width and Height under Windows Size.Best RegardsDale
