First gives warning dialog box “Out of Memory”, then, if chosen landscape is printed, it’s printed in portrait on two pages. Have double check all settings, printer and page set up, nothing helps. Currently using MSWorks 7.0 with MS XP operating system. Able to print landscape ok from MS Excel and Word, as well as other programs and printers (HP 4L, Epson R300, Canon MF5770) I’ve tried. Have called HP and followed their step by step tech support phone instructions, setup, doing diagnostics and installing other drivers, all of no help. HP says it’s Microsoft’s problem. A couple of years ago I purchased an HP multitask laser similar to their current 1319 model (believe was a 1050 or ?). I now remember having the same problem, after hours and dollars of help, from both Mircosoft and HP, each blaming the other, upgrading from Works4 to Works7 by suggestion of Microsoft, nothing worked and finally had to exchange to a Canon MF5770 multifunction laser which did, and still does work. Questions: any solutions, any assurance upgrading to Works9 will solve the problem? 3 people need an answerI do too
