I was getting the following error when I try to get or send mail (MSN account on Live Mail):
Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (hadleythom) account.
Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002
I tried to delete the account and recreate it but received the same error during the recreation process.
Is there something that needs to be done to my MSN account (hadleythom@msn.com) ?
Thank you,
Hadley THompson

Thanks for youe response
I think that I need the "Back end" fix that is discussed in the reference forum item. I'm not sure how to request this fix.
