Hi, After checking your issue, it seems the problem with CISCO router. Please try to connect Windows 7 without CISCO ASA 5510 router to see if can get IP address from DHCP. And does your PC join the domain? Try to leave the domain and rejoin for test. Furthermore you can disable IPV6, or login with Safe Mode with connect to see if the same issue occurs. If the problem persists, I suggest you asking Windows Server Forum for further help: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/windowsserver The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.
