My account has full access of this printer (print, manage printers, and manage documents) and I still receive the error "Windows cannot connect to the printer: Access Denied". But if my account is added as Administrateurs on the print server, the printer is installed on my windows 7 Workstation without problem. I think Windows 7 workstation users need more privilege to use Windows 2008 R2 print server than Windows XP users. Thank you.

Problem solved. To add appropriate permission to Forms solve this problem. Form permissions Print and View Server are needed to add printers in Windows 7. Thank you to all.

We have created a new Windows Server 2008 R2 printers. From Windows XP client we can add and use network printers without problem. However, with Windows 7 client, we receive "Windows cannot connect to the printer: Access Denied" error. Any help would be much appreciated.
