My wife has a Toshiba Satt. 8.1 machine. When she tries to read an article, the screen freezes. Is there a reason and a solution for this? Thanks.

It would be better to provide more details with your problem. For example, which app do you wife used to read? Or she just reading article from browser?

On the other hand, for system freezes problem, it's mostly possible caused by Graphic card driver and you can check Event Viewer if it record this events.

You can adapt to reinstall Graphic card driver for test to fix this problem.
