Problem printing labels after Act! merge

After we do a mail merge in Act. The letters are in Word 2010. we can print the first label fine. when trying to print the second one or even the address on the first page we get this error message [ the margins of section 1 are outside the printable area of the page] this merge worked fine in word 2007.
