Problem print spool
Hi, How do you connect to the printer? By sharing the printer from Windows Server 2003 or connecting it directly? Which brand of printer are you using? This issue most caused by the incompatible drivers, you could try installing the latest drivers to check the result. Also, we can try to clear the spooled files to check the result: 1. Open Services, and stop the Print Spooler service. 2. Navigate to C:\Windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS, delete all files in the PRINTERS folder until it is empty. 3. Open Services, and start the Print Spooler service.
