Problem opening program in main user account - can't create the application support directory
I have recently installed Windows 7. One of my software programs will not open in the manin user account (administrator) and returns a message that it cannot create the application support directory. When I create anothe user account I can open the program without difficulty. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling etc., in the main account with no success. Any ideas?

Hi Birrun, Thanks for the post! Go to the Control Panel, uninstall this application, then go to the installed Directory(the original location you installed this application), check if there's any folder left, if it exists, delete it. Then reinstall the application. If it doesn't work, create a new administrator account, then install this application to check if it works. If the issue disappear, it could be some problems with your administrator profile.
