Ok this is a total guess, but try this 1. Click on start (windows orb), and type in %userprofile%\AppData 2. Right click in a blank area go to new, and then folder 3. Call the new folder "temp" (with ought the quotes) 4. Try to install the program again. Like I said, I'm totally guessing here, but it's worth a shot, let me know if it works :D

Hmm, here's some other stuff you can try 1. First go to start, and type %userprofile%\AppData\local\temp 2. This should take you to your temp folder, from here delete everything in the temp folder (make sure that it shows that you are in the temp folder at the top), and try your install again. If that doesn't work, you can try this too 1. Go to start and type %appdata% 2. Create a new folder called "Temp", and try the install again. Let me know if any of that helps :D

Hi, I suggest you can try to install it using administrator rights to install it. You can refer to How do I run an application once with a full administrator access token? If the issue persists, please try to create a new account to check whether this tool could install. 1. Click the Start Button, type User Accounts in the start search pane and press Enter. 2. Click Manage use accounts. 3. Click Create a new account, and type the name. 4. Choose account type as Computer administrator. Hope this helps. Vincent Wang TechNet Community Support
