Problem attaching photos to emails
I can't attach photos to an email message from either 'my photos' file folder or my camera's program file. I was automatically sent to Outlook Express, followed the setup steps, and at the end was told my Windows Live wouldn't allow Outlook to access the program. hen I try to attach the photo as a file, I get a message there is 'no photos in this file'. Any ideas?1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi scraplab, Thanks for posting. What email client are you trying to send pictures from? If you are using Outlook express and are getting this message please disable any email scanners or virus software you have enabled and see if you can send after that. If this is not the exact issue please provide some more details so we can better assist you. Hope this helps.Shawn - Support Engineer - MCP, MCDST Microsoft Answers Support Engineer Visit our Microsoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think

Hi Shawn,I have prepared new messages to send from my windows live hotmail account (Email removed for privacy), clicked Attach, and when choosing'photo' and clicking on the folder I have gotten a message that either the file is not found or there are no photos in this file. I was at several points directed to Outlook Express, set it up by the steps, and at the end got a message that my email account wouldn't allow access by Outlook. I did upload some photos successfully from my camera's program, Olympus2, and send them from my windows live account to my other address, Email removed for privacy, which is an ATT yahoo account. I am totally baffled, but maybe using the camera program will work, although it would be useful to send attachments from the 'MY Pictures' folder.
