Hi, First, please check if you can ping the home drives in AD from the problematic computer. It could be a permission issue which is related to UAC. Hi, The error message occurs when users access \\servername\sharename\documents$\versli\Desktop, the location may be unreachable. Once users get applied folder redirection policy, the network location of the folders redirected is written to registry key "User Shell Folders" under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ You can check Desktop under the registry key above to see if the Desktop is pointing to new location, and then access the location. Can you reach it? Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
