We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask
If you are using Blue screen view, who crashed, or a similar application, don't.  They are wrong at least as often as they are correct

Hello pavanreddy.b,

What is your current situation?

Please upload the dump file as MVP Zigzag mentioned.

Please update the related drivers from the manufacturer website and check if this issue still exists.

I have been having the same issue with my two month old ASUS M32BF-US006S. It just returned yesterday from an RMA replacement of the AMD A10-7800 APU. The assumption was a faulty embedded AMD Radeon R7 250X graphics card. However, immediately after booting up I have the same issue with the THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER error in Windows 8.1 64bit. It has both the latest AMD graphics driver v14.501.1003 (12/9/2014) and AMI BIOS v0403 (11/10/2014). I am dreading having to resend this back to the ASUS RMA center, so I've uploaded my latest minidump here: http://1drv.ms/1JUYpQY
