Problem accessing network drive with Vista
Here's the problem. I have ust installed a home network drive to my home network. I have only 2 PC's both running Vista Home Premium. Yesterday I managed to have both PC's access my network drive perfectly but today 1 PC won't access it (the other one is fine) and it does not appear in the 'network' tab in explorer. I know it is there because if i manually type the IP address it goes to the drive's setup but I cannot map it or see it via Vista at all. Please help!

try "recreating the network map in network and sharing center,if that doesn't work, it seems its a name resolution issue. from the working computer ping the host name of the pc that is not connecting to network drive.if this fails, try enabling Netbios over TCP/IPTunde Abagun MCP,MCSA,MCTS,MCITP en p "for the love of Computers"
