Problem With Wireless Help Please!
My computer, recently just got completely wiped. and renewed with the operating disk, butIm having trouble to get online, Whenever i open up Network And Sharing Center, to see if theres any connections. It shows none, and whenever i try to set one up, theres only one optionDial-Up, which i have no clue how to set up.I have a modem, and a wireless router[Dlink][DIR-615] I tried hooking up an ethernet cable, to see if it would straightly get the connection from both the router, and the modem. and it still wouldnt show. I tried reinstalling the router information, from the disk i got from them, but it wouldnt allow me to do it.Because it couldnt detect the Wired Adapter.I checked BIOS, and i set the wifi catcher on Basic, and all the other items seemed to be enabled.I tried opening up WLtray.exebut it gave me an error: The Application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuartion is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail. The wireless does work, it definatly works on my brother exact same laptopA Dell: Inspiron 1525No matter what, it just wont see any wireless set up. or any other wireless connectivity. Basically, it wont recognize any wireless setting. any ones i try to set up, it wouldnt go too. andwell basically my question is:How do i set up a connection beetween my computer, and the Wireless? Please Help Me! _Luke 1 person needs an answerI do too
