I got the problem when i was trying to publish topology in Frst Step"Create Central Management Store" and with this errors

i Chose this steps to install lync 2013 --->1-install winserver2013 2-install all needed features and roles 3-install lync server 2013  4-set needed dns records for lync 5- prepare active directory and 
prepare first standard edition without any errors 6-config topolgy and finally stuck in this part

another note is in main folder of lync server installion in Drive C i have just 3 folders thar named 1-Administrative Tools 2-Deployment 3-SQLEulas and i couldnt find RST service in adsiedit.msc

i appreciate anyone who help me out of this problem

It Looks like, you have a General problem with your server.

Could you check, that you don't have any mistyping in you configuration?

Normal the first step of installing the Lync 2013 SE is no problem, if your admin is also member of the RTC universal server admin security group
