Generaly, many factors cause Blue screen and automatic restart: faulty Hardware, incompatible driver, software conflict, the CPU temperature is too high, virus infection... the information list above is not detailed enough, Please upload the C:\Windows\Minidump\020410-12698-01.dmp to SkyDrive and provide us the link for analyzing. For detailed steps on how to upload files with SkyDrive, please refer to: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65 The above Windows Live ID is ONLY for collecting troubleshooting information. Please do NOT send your questions to it. For any new questions, please post in the forums so that more MSFT, MVP and community members can help you. If you want to diagnose the minidump files by yourself, you can read the log files with the Debugging Tool, please refer to the KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263. At the same time, you can try the following suggestions to troubleshoot.1. Update the BIOS and drivers for your machine, you can get them from the manufacture. 2. Test your machine in the safe mode, if it works fine in the safe mode, please test in Clean Boot, you can refer to KB929135.

Hi,To solid troubleshoot BlueScreen issue, it is kindly recommend to contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance to perform some codec debugging or source file analysis so that the problem can be resolved efficiently. Here I just reviewed the error code on your issue, based on my research, it is mainly related to Bug Check 0x8E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Specificly, the error is related to 0xC0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION which indicates that a memory access violation occurred. This can be caused by memory corrupt or BIOS configuration. I would like to propose you the following trobleshootings:1. Run a command in elevated privilege: sfc /scannow.2. Perform a Windows Memory Diagnostic. 3. Make sure you have enough disk space. 4. If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. 5. Try changing video adapters. 6. Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. 7. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. Hope the above solutions can be helpful.Best RegardsDale
