My computer desktop is being accessed and viewed by an unauthorized third party even though I have a firewall on. In addition, all my online conversations are viewed as if I were some kind of criminal. Please advise.

How did you notice that ?
We can try to perform a full scan with the antivirus software in safe mode .
We also can open the task manager to look for any suspicious process and manually stop it  .
Use the autorun tool to check any suspicious program or services.
