Priority between for Wired instead of Wireless in Windows 7
Good afternoon, We are a society with proxy server for internet access. Our accounting use simultinaly Wireless and Wired connections; she has a privilege to avoid proxy for her internet access when she uses exclusively Wired connection. So in "Advanced Settings" of "Network Connections" pages we put Wired connection in first position. Problem is that when Wireless and Wired connection are actives, she has to put proxy server to go to the web instead of our setup. Wireless seems to be prior to Wired. Is there an other way to change priority of type of Network connection in Windows 7 ? Regards, I hope You understant my problem.

Good morning, I've already started. Apparently, someone else told me that he already has this problem when he uses a proxy server. I'm trying to change my research. May be I can use tools like "Hardware Profiles" presents in Windows XP (but not in windows 7...). I'll give to you an answer when I'll find something.

Hi Thomas, Let me get this right: you have one laptop with 2 network cards: on the wireless connection your user would like to get Internet and Intranet access without passing through proxy server? on the wired connection your user is supposed to have only Intranet access and go through Proxy Server? can you get us an output from your route table?
