Printing to a local printer and network printer stops after so many times.
I'm having a problem with one of my employees laptop. She is running Windows 7 64-bit. When she goes to print to either a local printer or the network printer, the machine stops printing after so many times from any program. Her local printer is actually on the machine twice - the original and the one where it says (Copy 1) after the name. The local printer is a HP LaserJet Pro P1102w and the network printer is a Xerox WorkCentre 6400X PS. I have looked on both HP's and Xerox's and have found nothing that helps. Haven't been able to find too much here either. I have her print to one printer and when that stops, print to the other. I have shut down/restarted the laptop to get the printers to run again, only to have them stop, again, after so many times. I have shut down the server I run the network printer through to have the same thing happen. The HP is a wireless printer, but I have her using the USB cable. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for both printers, which doesn't seem to help. So, with all that said, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, Let us check the Print Spooler service first. 1. Click Start, type in services.msc and press Enter. 2. Locate to Print Spooler and set its startup type as Automatic, service status as Started. 3. Click Apply and reboot the system. Meanwhile, please double check if the correct driver has been installed from the device provider website.Kim Zhou TechNet Community Support

In addition to Kim Zhou's repose, do a virus scan and make sure that there is no malware on the system. I recommend malwarebytes.

Hi, Have you tested the issue in Clean Boot before? If not, please do it for a test. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 In addition, you may go to System Event Viewer and check if there is any error message about this problem.Kim Zhou TechNet Community Support

Everything mentioned above has been done and it still stops printing after a certain amount. All out of ideas.

Whenever the printer stops printing... then try to restart the print spooler service yourself.
