Printing problem using HP universal driver
When using windows 7 opertating system 64 bit - the issue is printing from Outlook 2007 to a HP 2430n printer (I also tried printing to a HP 5100tn printer) . It doesn't work. I can print from all the other programs fine. If I open my email using WEB Email it works fine also just not within Office 2007's Outlook. I'm using the HP Universal driver which is the only driver I can find. Any Ideas ??

Hi, Would you please let me if you received any error message? Where is the printer connected? Try the following driver. It is for Windows 7 64-bit. http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=457446&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=416419&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=4063 Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. If the issue persists, temporary disable the security software and perform a Clean Boot on Windows 7. Also check the spooler services. Check spooler service ---------------------------------------- 1. Click Start, type Services.msc in Start Search bar, and then press Enter. 2. In the right pane, double-click Print Spooler. 3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, click Apply, click Start, and then click OK. In addition, please contact Office Forum since the issue only occurred in Outlook.
