Printer Status: Device app install incomplete. Go to Windows Store for details.

Hi

I am experiencing a problem on a x64 Windows 8.1 System. When I install the printer driver for Canon iR-ADV C2025 it installs without any problems. In Devices and Printers it shows on that printer: "Status: Device app install incomplete. Go to Windows Store for details."

However when I use advanced printer setup and tell Windows to replace the current driver then it installs the class driver, but that driver cannot utilize the advanced features of the printer and does not print A3 pages correctly.

I have attempted to troubleshoot and re-install with restart at removal and restart after new install as well as the diagnose function with no success.

All the other PCs in the office work correctly with the driver from Canon, but they are using Windows 7/XP/Mac. Only this Windows 8.1 Machine is giving me this problem. 

The only reason I am posting here is because I cannot find any info on that status error anywhere on the internet.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
