Printer Problem
Hi all. I am having an issue with my HP DeskJet 932c and Windows 7. 7 Doesn't appear to have the driver builtin, therefor I cannot print right now. I cannot manually download the Vista driver from HP because they say to use the builtin one. Does anybody know where I can download this driver?

Hi Dom,I do not know whether this would work, but try downloading the XP driver, and right click on the executable file -> Properties -> Compatibility. From there, see if you can run and install the program in Windows XP compatibility.Jabez Gan [MVP] - http://www.msblog.org Contributing Author for: (Sybex) MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure Configuration Study Guide: Exam 70-643

Try adding your printer manually. Start > Devices and printers > Add a printer Select "Add a local printer" and click "Next" Click "Windows update" to get a fresh list of known printers Try and see if your printer is in the list. It worked for me. I connected my Siemens CLX-3175 but the auto driver install failed. Yet, I succeeded in adding my printer manually as described above. I guess the telemetry data from my experience will tell the MS Tech guys what happened and correct that in the RTM.
