Print server problems Windows 7
Hello, Could you please help me configuring d-link DPR 2000 print server on Win7? Printers: HL lj1020 and Canon MFP600 Computer: Asus UX31E, Win7 x64 (before), win7x86 (now) Problems: Win7 x64: I have checked mentioned printers with many various print server models before, but unsuccessful. After loosing a lot of time, I have pushed out Win7 x64 and installed Win 7x86. The situation becomes a little bit better: after configuring both printers, at least I can use my MFP for the printing from this computer. However, but I still cant use scanner in my Canon MP600. Could you please help me configure scanner function in Windows 7? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I would like suggest you refer to the article about The Canon MP600 Won't Scan: http://www.ehow.com/facts_7518268_canon-mp600-wont-scan.html Also, if the printer also can't use in others PC, you can contact Canon support for further help. http://www.canon.co.uk/Support/ Thanks for your understanding.Spencer TechNet Community Support

Hello, This doesn't help. Everything is working perfectly if printers connected directly to PC. The problem appears when I'm trying to use any MFP through any print server on the LAN, so probably this is permission or configuration problem in Win7.
